5. Logo & Brand
The CodXVoid name, logo, and brand elements are protected under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 International and may not be altered, commercially used, or redistributed without consent.
6. Community Standards
Respectful, ethical participation is required. Harassment, malicious code, IP violations, or abuse of contributors is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
All software, documentation, and resources are provided “as is”, without warranty. Use is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
CodXVoid and its contributors are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use resources.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CodXVoid’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
